The Service provides tools for lead organization, messaging automation, campaign execution, and performance analytics. TASKIMATION supplies the infrastructure and automation tools necessary for these activities, but users retain full control over how campaigns are configured and executed. The platform acts as a facilitator for business processes; ultimate responsibility for the actions taken and the results obtained rests with the user.

To use TASKIMATION, you must be at least 18 years old and utilize the Service solely for business purposes. During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials is your responsibility. Any activity conducted under your account is considered your responsibility, including actions taken by anyone you authorize to use your account. By using the Service, you affirm that you have the authority to operate a business and to enter into binding agreements with TASKIMATION.

Users of TASKIMATION are fully responsible for all data uploaded, collected, or processed through the platform. You are accountable for ensuring that your campaigns and outreach activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and communication requirements. The content, timing, and recipients of messages sent via TASKIMATION are under your control, and the platform provides no guarantee that outcomes such as message delivery, lead engagement, or business conversions will occur. TASKIMATION does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for the compliance obligations of users.

TASKIMATION is intended for professional, lawful, and ethical business communication. Users must not use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or malicious communications, including spam, scams, phishing, or harassing messages. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or the use of automation to overwhelm or mislead recipients is strictly prohibited. Users must also refrain from engaging in illegal or unauthorized data collection, violating third-party platform rules, circumventing system safeguards, or otherwise using the Service in ways that threaten the stability, security, or integrity of the platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, as well as potential legal consequences.

TASKIMATION enables users to collect and organize publicly available business information based on targeting criteria defined by the user. While the platform assists in processing and structuring this information, TASKIMATION does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any data collected. Users are responsible for determining the lawful and appropriate use of all lead data, including compliance with applicable marketing and data protection laws. TASKIMATION is not responsible for the actions users take with collected data or any outcomes that result from engaging with leads.

To enable messaging automation, users may choose to connect a messaging account to TASKIMATION through a secure, user-initiated authorization process. By connecting an account, users authorize TASKIMATION to send and receive messages on their behalf for the purpose of enabling platform functionality. Messaging data may be processed to provide automation, conversation management, delivery tracking, and analytics. Access to messaging accounts remains active only while the user maintains the connection, and users may disconnect at any time. TASKIMATION is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by messaging providers.

TASKIMATION provides AI-assisted tools to support campaign creation, message generation, follow-ups, and analytics optimization. These tools are designed to assist users and improve efficiency, but they are automated and may require human review. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign behavior, messages, and outreach sequences generated by the AI. While the platform aims to provide accurate, relevant, and effective outputs, TASKIMATION does not guarantee results, responses, conversions, or other outcomes, and AI features are provided 'as is' and may evolve over time.

Access to TASKIMATION may require a subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected, and different plans may include varying features, usage limits, and capacities. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. TASKIMATION reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, and billing practices with prior notice to users.

Users retain full ownership of their data processed through TASKIMATION. The platform processes data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. TASKIMATION does not sell, share, or use user data for purposes outside the scope of providing the platform. TASKIMATION is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind. While the platform aims to provide reliable, secure, and effective services, it does not guarantee message delivery, lead quality, response rates, revenue outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. Users assume all risk associated with using the Service, and results may vary based on campaign setup, business context, and external factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASKIMATION is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform. TASKIMATION is not responsible for third-party actions, restrictions, or outages. The total liability of TASKIMATION to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the Service during the preceding billing period.
